Record a Voicemail

Prerequisites:

Setup Your Engage Phone Number


  1. Hover on EngageCRM and click Voicemail Recordings.
  2. To record a new voicemail, confirm you are near the phone number in the Record Voicemail field and click Call Me.
  3. Your phone will ring. Answer it and wait for the prompt to leave your message. Once completed, hang up.
  4. Wait for the screen to refresh and display the Upload Voicemail section.
  5. In the Title field enter a descriptive name. (e.g. First Follow Up Call - never talked to lead)
    You will end up with many voicemail recordings in your Engage system.Descriptive names will help you locate them when choosing your recording in the future.
  6. Click the Update button.
  7. Screen will refresh again and you will return to the Upload Voicemail list.
