The Engage CRM will use a Engage phone number to connect to your personal phone.  To get the most out of this system we suggest you use your mobile phone.

  1. From the top menu hover over Settings and click on Engage
  2. In the Get a number section select your Country and preferred Area Code
     Please note: Availability of numbers for any particular area code is limited.Some area codes have been exhausted and will not return any number availability.There will always be an alternate area code already released for your area.see here (https://www.worldatlas.com/na/us/area-codes.html)
  3. Click Show Available Numbers
  4. Highlight the number you like to select
  5. Click Get Selected Number
  6. On the same screen locate the Number field in the Mobile Number section.
  7. Enter your mobile phone number
     You will be receiving direct calls and text notifications to this number. You can also use a landline however, you will not receive any text (SMS) notifications.
  8. Click Update

OPTIONAL:

Allow anyone to call my above number

☐ This will only forward voice calls that are from leads registered in you EngageCRM. Others will be ignored

☑ This will forward ALL voice calls to your mobile number

Allow anyone to text my above number

☐ This will only forward text messages that are from leads registered in you EngageCRM. Others will be ignored

☑ This will forward ALL text messages notifications to your mobile number
