Add a Lead to Your EngageCRM

You can manually add Leads to your EngageCRM.

  1. From the EngageCRM menu click Leads
  2. on the left panel scroll down
  3. click +Create Lead button
  4. fill out the fields with the Lead's contact information
  5. at the bottom of the screen check the boxes that apply:
    ☑️ I confirm this lead was provided instructions or a link to access a Privacy Policy indicating how I use their personal information.
    ☑️ I confirm this lead provided express consent to being contacted using the personal information they provided.
    WARNING: DO NOT check these boxes if you don't have records of these confirmations. You agree to accept responsibility for non-compliant communication practices, including fines or prosecution.
  6. click Save & View Lead button
