Dialing Prospect - wait for call outcome
- No answer go to 2
- Talk to lead go to 4
Click €œCall Back€ - system will initiate a redial
- No answer go to 3
- Talk to leadgo to 4
Click €œNo Answer€
- Select a call back if desired or click €œno€.
go to 1 (done by the system)
Talk to Lead
- Set next call date if outcome requires one
- Set appointment date if outcome requires
IMPORTANT
- Did you follow the Buyer/Seller script?
- Did you mark all answers received accordingly? Your future follow-up depends on these questions
- Make sure you leave a detailed note on the call outcome
- Click Continue the system will call the next prospect in the list

When do I use Bad Number call outcome?
Clicking Bad Number will blacklist the phone number in your Engage system. They will not be a part of any future call lists until you modify the number in the lead record.
