Call Assist - Call Blocks
Prerequisites:
Create Segments
Create Nudge Plans (optional)
SETUP CALL BLOCK
- Hover on EngageCRM and select Engage Calendar
- Click + Engage Block at the top left.
- Enter descriptive Block Name (ex. Never Talk To)
- Select the days of the week under Enabled Days
- Select the Start Time for all enabled days and its predicted Duration.
- If desired, click on Assign Nudge Plan and select your pre-made nudge plan (see link above)
- Click on Leads Filter Segment and select your premade segment (see link above)
- Click Save.
You can repeat these steps to assign multiple different blocks for different lead segments. Just go back to step 3 and start a new one.
