Call Assist - Call Blocks

Prerequisites:

Create Segments
Create Nudge Plans (optional)



SETUP CALL BLOCK

  1. Hover on EngageCRM and select Engage Calendar
  2. Click + Engage Block at the top left.
  3. Enter descriptive Block Name (ex. Never Talk To)
  4. Select the days of the week under Enabled Days
  5. Select the Start Time for all enabled days and its predicted Duration.
  6. If desired, click on Assign Nudge Plan and select your pre-made nudge plan (see link above)
  7. Click on Leads Filter Segment and select your premade segment (see link above)
  8. Click Save.
You can repeat these steps to assign multiple different blocks for different lead segments.  Just go back to step 3 and start a new one.
