Conversation Sequence - Assign a Plan to a Segment

Prerequisites:


  1. Hover on Engage CRM and select Leads.
  2. Select the Segment of leads (in the top left) you want to assign an Action Plan.
  3. Click on Select All button in the top right corner of the screen to select all leads in the current segment.
  4. Click on the Actions dropdown in the top right corner of the screen.
  5. Select Assign Action Plans.
  6. From the Select an Action Plan dropdown select the plan you would like to assign.
  7. Select the Primary User on whose behalf the plan will be sent.
  8. (optional) Click Change Selected Plan button if you wish to modify the plan for these leads.
  9. Click Assign to Selected Leads.
  10. Plan has been assigned.
