Conversation Sequence - Setup an Autonomous Listing Plan

Prerequisites:


  1. Click on Engage CRM and select Action Plans Manager.
  2. Select the Action Plan Library tab at the top of the list.
  3. Locate the plan you would like to use and click Use with a Listing.
  4. Select the listing you would like to promote.
  5. On the next page you will be able to preview the plan.
  6. Click Use This Template in the top right to confirm.
    (To choose a different plan, click on the Back to Plan Manager button.)
  7. Type in desired New Plan Name and click Copy to My Action Plans.
  8. If your plan contains voicemail you will see Record a Voicemail button on the right-hand side. Click to record (see Record a Voicemail).
  9. You can edit, delete or modify the sequence of actions on this screen.
  10. Once satisfied with the sequence, you are ready to assign the plan to a lead, segment or campaign.
