Create an Email Template

Create an Email Template

Prerequisites:


  1. Hover on Engage CRM and click Email Templates within the dropdown.
  2. Click + Email Template (in the top right).
  3. Enter desired Template Name.This is an internal name and will not be visible to leads.
  4. Enter your email Subject. This field accepts Replacement Patterns - use the list at the right to insert them.
  5. Enter your email Message Body. This field accepts Replacement Patterns.
  6. Click the Save button.
  7. You will go back to the Email Template Manager page. Repeat for additional templates.
