Create an SMS Template

Prerequisites:


  1. Hover on Engage CRM and click SMS Templates within the dropdown.
  2. Select + SMS Templates (in the top right).
  3. Enter desired Template Name. This is an internal name and will not be visible to leads.
  4. Enter your text in the Message Body. This field accepts Replacement Patterns - use the list at the right to insert them.
  5. Click the Save button.
  6. You will go back to the SMS Template Manager page. Repeat for additional templates.
