EngageCRM Call Assist features will make your manual follow-up a whole lot easier.

Start by scheduling regular Call Blocks on your Calendar. Two-way sync with Google Calendar makes sure you'll see the blocks in your schedule and honor the time. Call Blocks can auto-load different types of non-responsive leads into your dialing queue. When the time comes, just click the Call Block and your queue is filled and ready to go.

When dialing, Call Assist connects you to each lead without looking up numbers or email addresses. Read your phone scripts right off the screen, and view/record notes and qualifying question answers. Schedule your next callback with one click and instantly move on to the next lead.

You can also set up instant pre- and/or post-call actions, such as a text message or email to advise them you're about to call, or send information if they don't pick up.
