StayInContact - Introduction

The StayInContact application contains the following features:

New/Recent

The New/Recent communication tracking system is a key feature of the StayInContact system that helps users manage their contacts effectively. It organizes all active communications, both inbound and outbound, in a user-friendly panel sorted chronologically. This allows users to stay updated on the latest communications, including those from team members with the right permissions. Additionally, the system provides quick filtering options, such as sorting by inbound or outbound communications and filtering by communication channel (voice, SMS, email, etc.). Users can easily apply filters, view the filtered results, save filters for future use, or select from previously saved filters.

Groups

The Groups section - exclusive only to the StayInContact web application, also allows you to interact with your contact database, however unlike New/Recent the focus goes beyond maintaining fresh communication.   Groups allows for more robust sorting and filtering of your contacts, which is more conducive to targeted communications - including EngageCE custom segment integration.

Contact Communicator

The communicator portal is one of the most important elements of the StayInContact system.  Here you will find all of your communication channels funneled into one easy to navigate centralized location.  It is this focus on direct conversations that sets StayInContact apart.

The StayInContact communicator display works in conjunction with either your new/recent filter, or general contacts/group displays.

The communicator display is quite simple - all inbound communications will be color coded blue and aligned to the left hand side of the display, and all outbound communications will be color coded green and aligned to the right hand side of the display.   In addition to displaying the message content (sms & email), you will also see the important metadata - date and time, phone number, email address, and in the case of a multi-user environment, which user sent the communication.  This display also has the ability to filter based on specific communication channels.

Contact Details

Contacts in the StayInContact system come with several important attributes. Firstly, the Communicator display provides a comprehensive history of all inbound and outbound communications across various channels. Additionally, each contact has a Contact Information tab, a Notes tab, and an Engage tab, all of which are essential tools for effective contact management.

The Contact Information tab contains all contact details and allows for customization with additional data fields. It also enables setting lead ownership and followers for visibility and notifications. The Notes tab allows users to record relevant information, with the option to create private notes and pin important ones to the top. Lastly, the Engage tab integrates key features from EngageCE, including Action Plans and HDX listing follow-up management, enhancing the functionality of StayInContact.

Settings

The settings in StayInContact grants you access to all the configuration options ‘under the hood’ of the StayInContact Application.  Here you can create and organize custom views, custom fields as well as manage user settings.
