Web Application

1. From the New/Recent Menu, select the contact you would like to text
2. On the conversation input box, select the drop-down to choose the SMS option
3. If more than one number exists, you can select the drop-down to choose your desired phone number.
4. Compose your SMS text message
5. Click ‘SEND’ to send your email message.

Mobile Application - Android & iOS

1. From the New/Recent default application tab, select the contact that you would like to text
2. On the resulting conversation tab, you enter your message in the SMS input box.
3. Click the Send icon to send your message.
