EngageCE - How To Direct Dial

Here's a quick How-To on Calling an individual Lead from the EngageCRM. First, please ensure you have an activated Engage Phone Number
 
  1. Hover over EngageCRM and select Leads
  2. Click on the lead profile to select the Lead you wish to engage with
  3. Click on blue ENGAGE button in top right of the screen.
  4. Click on Start without a plan. To Use Engagement Plans see here
  5. Click GO to commence Engage process. Your phone will ring
  6. When you pick up your phone, the system will announce the lead's name and proceed with dialing
